Chef Maricela hails to us from Cuba, she arrived in Miami at the age of 12, and has lived in Miami most of her life. She recently moved to Marshall, VA with her husband and son. We are extremely lucky and delighted to have her heading our very busy kitchen. She is assisted by "Sous Chef" Gloria Silva, which make an awesome team, preparing the very best Cuban & Spanish cuisine!
