Bistro Aix opened in 2002, just ahead of the bistrot de luxe trend. Now, four years later, it seems right in tune with the zeitgeist. Chef/proprietor Lynne Sanders trained with Alain Ducasse. Her menu features bourgeois classics like soupe de poisson, as well as some newer spins and the odd rogue Italian dish (osso bucco or wild mushroom risotto).
