To ensure a smooth ride whilst dining, stabilizers have been fitted so not even a glass trembles as the tram glides along. The food itself is prepared on the tram and the Maitre d' oversees the traditional silver and white linen service. One way glass windows have been installed, so diners can enjoy the passing scene without the curious gazes to distract them.
