From the air you will see whales, turtles, reef sharks and the dazzling color of the Outer Reef? You will be flying to or from Hastings Reef floating helicopter pad and be transferred to or from the M.V Osprey V.
The M.V Osprey V is a modern, sleek 30 meter (100ft), high speed vessel, containing large air-conditioned modern lounges to relax in comfort and full length sundecks for sunbathing. You will have lunch aboard the vessel, then have the opportunity to snorkel and take a semi-submersible coral viewer tour.
You can fly both ways to join the M.V Osprey V or if you prefer, fly back to Cairns after taking the high speed cruise journey to Hastings Reef. Fly and cruise options are as follows:
Fly-Cruise-Fly:
The ultimate day! You will fly by helicopter to the Outer Great Barrier Reef. Spend time on the M.V Osprey V, enjoy 2 hours of snorkel, swim, take the semi submersible tour or go diving. Depart by helicopter for Cairns at approximately 3:30pm.
Fly-Cruise:
Fly by helicopter to the Outer Great Barrier Reef. Spend time on the M.V Osprey V, enjoy 2 hours of snorkel, swim, take the semi submersible tour or go diving. Cruise on the M.V Osprey V and return to Cairns via this vessel.
Cruise-Fly:
Cruise to Hastings Reef aboard M.V Osprey V. You will stop on the way at two spectacular locations (either Norman Reef or Saxon Reef and Hastings Reef). After spending time at the reef, enjoy all the water activities listed above before being transferred to the helicopter pad for your return flight to Cairns. Includes BBQ lunch. |
