After an inspiring walk along the vineyards, you will visit the wine cellars where a renowned oenologist will have you taste a selection of three different wines and extra virgin olive oil.
Your tour continues with an exclusive visit to the precious Wind Mill. Thanks to both the effort from the European Community and the owners, you have the opportunity to admire this beautiful artifact from the past which still has an important role in the territory.
Lunch will be at the farm's restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal made with all organic products and cooked on the grill of it's unique open kitchen. You will delight your soul with the enchanting view of the Florentine landscape, as you enjoy your lunch at the terrace.
Next you will continue with a visit to a ceramic laboratory at Monterifrassine. Renato Innocenti a renowned craftsman in the area, will show you the amazing techniques used to create the famous Florentine pottery. Here you will also have the opportunity to buy any piece which touches your heart. |
