Web : NA | | About Mogul mahal Restaurant, Novotel - Indian Restaurant | Having been around for more than 20 years, Moghul Mahal has garnered sufficient expertise in whipping up North Indian dishes which has delighted the palates of its loyal pool of patrons. Previously located in Clarke Quay, Moghul Mahal has now shifted to Novotel Clarke Quay and has been residing there for the past one year.
Be greeted at the entrance by friendly staff as they welcome you into the restaurant. With Hindu “glorifications” placed in front of the restaurant, there is no mistaking the restaurant to be serving anything else except Indian food.
What really differentiates the food at Moghul Mahal as compared to other North Indian restaurant is the omission of preserved colourings used in the food. While some restaurants rely heavily on preservatives to make their dishes look more colourful and appealing, giving it an appetizing look, Moghul Mahal prefers the natural approach. With no such colouring added to the kebabs and tikkas, the natural flavours of the different types of meats are thus, further enhanced. | | | | | |
