This is a dinky restaurant accessed from the 5th floor of the OCBC Centre car park. I had heard good things about it, along the lines of it being one of these grand old dames of Chinese restaurants that still serves up consistently good Chinese food. Was not expecting much by way of ambience, and was right. What I thought were temporary chairs brought out to deal with the Mother's Day crowd turned out to be the real deal. | | |
