I have tried Tapas, Paellas and other spanish stuff at so many places in Singapore.I am confident to say that Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant is the best among. They know waht is spanish food, how to cook and how to serve.
Has anyone tired Spanish Croquets and Spanish Tuna Puff @ SERENITY?
I tried Chicken & Seafood Croquets. Wow wuu... very very tasty.
Spanish Tuna Puff is very different from Local Curry Puff though it is look a like. This Spanish Tuna Puff are NOT OILY at all.
According to the polite server who attend to us, they use spanish white wine to make the tuna puff dove.
We ordered Crispy Pork Leg, it was crispy and crunchy. Well goes with beer. We ordered it again since we all liked Spanish Crispy Pork Knuckles.
My all time favourit dish is Paella. I have been trying very hard to find out a place to have good and tasty paella. Till I found SERENITY Spanish Bar and Restaurant, finding authentic paella was an disappointment. For me SERENITY serves the Best Paella in Singapore.
Paella valenciana is delicious and yummy. The flavourfull spanish rice always absorbed all the tastes of meet and seafood.
Spanish Desserts, I always think about Pear De Vino. This red wine poached pear with vanilla ice cream is a flavoursome juicy affair.
Overall this Spanish Restaurant serves Very Good Tapas, Paella
and sinfull spanish desserts.
The service also very good.

Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant is located in Vivocity facing Sentosa Gate Way and up coming Genting Casino IR. When we sit on alfresco area, we are able to get a panoramic view of sentosa. Serenity serves Spanish Food, Spanish Drinks, Spanish Cocktails and Spanish Liquors. The Signature Dishes of this Spanish Bar & Restaurant are Paella (Spanish Rice), Bacalao (spanish salted Cod),Iberico Ham Spanish Black pig Ham, Spanish Cheese Platters, Crispy pata. Salted backed fish. Paella Valenciana, Seafood paella and so many types of paella. Tapas: Gambas Al Ajilo, Pan con alioli, Spanish Croquets, spanish Tuna Puff. We get to enjoy spanish style beef, salmon and other famous dishes too. Serenity Spanish Bar & restaurant serves delicious spanish desserts too. Pear al Vino9 Wine poached pear), Arroz leche are my favourites. Spanish Bull Frog, Ibiza Fantazy and of course Spanish Sangria are the famous spanish cocktails SERENITY serves. This Spanish Bar carries wide range of spanish alcohols, Schnaps and liquors and Spanish Absinth too. I ever tried Spanish Brandy which is old hundred years. My friend and I are frequent patrons of this Spanish Joint. We always try Tapas. Garlic Prawn, Spanish Tuna Puff, Spanish Ham & Cheese, Spanish Croquets are our favourite Tapas @ serenity. We always order Paella Valenciana and Seafood and Squid ( Black) Ink Paell too. I'm dare to say Serenity Tapas and Paellas are the best in Singapore. We always visit this waterfront Spanish Join, cos we love the spanish food there and the service and the ambience too. |

Tapas are small Spanish savoury dishes, typically served with drinks at a bar; they are an integral part of socialising the Spanish way and they can form an entire meal, ranging from simple bits and pieces such as olives or cubes of ham and cheese to more elaborate preparations like mussels in white wine broth or chef creation chicken quesadillas (Panado de Panquo). Situated only a short distance from Keppel Corp’s Caribbean condominium, Serenity has opted for the charm and cuisine of Spain. The seaside boardwalk and the Greek & Ibiza-style blue and white décor add to the allure of the place.
Serenity has very big space, which can accommodate up to two hundred and fifty (250 pax). It has 3 sections. Air conditioned area. None airconditioned indoor area and Alfresco area. This is a very good location for parties, Gatherings and Weddings.
Serenity has a Live Band and DJ. they play Spanish, Latin Ibiza house music. After work this is a great place to chill out and relax.
Time to time Serenity organize Flamenco dancing parties and salsa parties too.
