Mughlai ka Mood is brought to you by "Hash Restobar" , a premium club in Priya Complex market. The club opened way back in 2002 and slowly graduated to the top level among the others.
Apart From a wide variety of Alcoholic beverages(at par with the running clubs in Delhi), We offer a foot tapping musical ambiance with a DJ to make you forget your daily chores.
The concept of good Eating has been limited,till now, to going to one of the finest 5star hotels or highly priced restaurants which bite into our wallets and in turn give us tastes not upto our satisfaction. Apart from this, one always has to be ready to shell out a total evening to avail all this by virtue of planning the outing, moving out to the venue, waiting at the busy tables and more and more.
On the other hand what is available to us today is ordering from low class road side shops (advertised as small time restaurants and chains), which either are tasteless absolutely or unhygienic enough to guarantee us one infection or the other.
The huge gap between the demand and supply of good food coming from a world class kitchen to our dining rooms without having to move out was what prompted me,(a real foody), to bring a new concept to Delhiites which they could appreciate.
In our effort to fill the above gap we ventured into a lot of cuisines and finally came upto the most authentic cuisine,"Mughlai."
The real tastes of barbecued lamb chops , kakori kebabs, roghan josh, mutton korma, butter chicken etc etc..(to name a few) are almost lost in this fast moving lifestyle today.We wanted to reinvent a place in heart of Delhi which will only concentrate on making food and delivering it rather than making food and serving it to a small amount of people in a day. | | |
