| Pathetic service with Pathetic food by yash |

| I was just there last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I called and made my reservation for two in advance and informed them about my hubby’s birthday - and requested for a "surprise" cake at the end of our meal. GUESS WHAT !! The waiter comes and disturbs us in between our meal and asks my husband "DID U REQUEST A CHEESCAKE? IS IT YOUR BIRTHDAY?" all i could say to him was "thank you for ruining the surprise" when i called them to make the reservation I made sure to mention NOT to ruin it but it’s a shame that they don’t have basic common sense. Anyways - maybe if the food was good - we would have gone home a little more content. All I can say to describe the food is it only sounds good on the menu. They recently changed their menu I heard, but what they should really change is their chef. My husband and I are food lovers who dined all around the world and this would certainly be rated by us as one of the worst experiences. The taste of their canned artichokes - yuck! And the lebneh which god knows what it was but certainly not lebneh. Their couscous - well I asked my husband how it was and this is what he said "You make it much better"- he was not lying- The most amazing screw up of all was their mashed potatoes - how could anyone make something so simple taste so bad? Don’t get me started on the other dishes - Basically it was just BAD FOOD! They were tons of other small little things that we hated - like getting bit my mosquitoes, the uniforms of the waiters (which looked faded and cheap), and not the mention an amazingly pathetic service. There are tons of better places in Bangalore- please save yourself this torture. Pick a place where you can actually enjoy the food and not go home hungry like us. |
