AQUA is a space with many moods. Glowing candle lanterns by the poolside and bar add to the mood of the space. Retro music ranging from Aretha Franklin to J J Cale to Leonard Cohen and Nana Mouskouri fills the air. Their international menu offers Modern European cuisine with Spanish undertones and Barbecues. A unique selection of Spanish Tapas, exotic salads including Pan seared foie gras with raspberry vinegar & green apple salad, a range of Barbecue & Grills & a selection of delicious Paninis are just a few highlights of the menu.
