Whatever Nabiac - very nice by Bruce de Graaf
Recommend Dish(es): Go fo the coffee
Loved the coffee; loved the ambience under the magnolia. interesting that from the beautifully sheded area of the magnolia grandiflora you have a magnificent view of the large leafed privet tree (Ligustrum lucidum); the camphor laurel (Cinnamomum camphora); Madeira vine (Anredera cordifolia); Easter Cassia (Senna pendula) and the other nasties on the edge of the creek that adjoins the property. Should Great Lakes Council not take more action in trying to break the cycle of these weeds? The area is beautiful and within metres these 5 weeds are well advanced and will require significant work to manage. I'm just pointing out the obvious - by the way, the coffee was outstanding. Many thanks.

its not any one thing about this little cafe...its a whole bunch of things all tied together that make this one special....dan the barista , takes the time to make your coffee perfect , the building itself talks to you and says , relax , pull up a chair and let the world stop for a moment....the food isn't fussy but is prepared with fresh ingredients and is a welcome change to the rushed burger passed to you through a window....local artists have their works showcased on the walls at Whatever , and it is evident that there is untapped talent to be explored in this area.....even the humble family dog is not forgotten and is offered a puppocino on arrival ( a bowl of water for those wondering ! ) all in all , Whatever offers a little bit of civility for the road weary traveller and once the goods have been sampled the customer is already planning a return visit....see for yourself! Whatever ...on the Pacific highway 3 hours north of sydney
